Terms of Service

Frisbee builds a profile from what you provide and introduces you, by email, to a person ("matchee") whose public work suggests a genuine reason to connect. Matchees are discovered from publicly available sources; we don't control them and can't guarantee they'll respond.

You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent where you live) and provide accurate information, including a real email address you control, which we verify.

You agree not to:

• use Frisbee to harass, spam, defraud, or harm anyone, including matchees;
• bypass rate limits, quotas, or verification, or run automated/bulk requests;
• scrape, resell, or republish matchee data, or use it for anything other than a good-faith personal introduction;
• upload content you have no right to share, or photos of others without a basis.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Matches are algorithmic suggestions based on public information and may be incomplete or wrong. We don't vet matchees and aren't responsible for your interactions with them. Reach out respectfully and honor any request to stop.

You keep rights to what you submit and grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the service. If you are a matchee, you can be removed anytime via the removal form or privacy@joinfrisbee.com (see the Privacy Policy).

Frisbee is provided "as is" and "as available"; features, limits, and these Terms may change, and we'll post material changes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for the conduct of users or matchees.

You may stop using Frisbee and request deletion anytime; we may suspend access for violations. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Frisbee is established (set on incorporation).
